- At-home teeth whitening

In-office teeth whitening:

In-office teeth whitening is performed by trained dental professionals. 35 percent hydrogen peroxide gels, coupled with an appropriate intensity light is used to bleach the teeth.

At-home teeth whitening:

At-home teeth whitening is a do-it-yourself alternative to professional teeth whitening. At-home whitening products have lower concentrations of hydrogen peroxide.

P.S : A combination of in-office and at-home bleaching techniques will yield a better result.
